Richard L. Reers is the proprietor of the law firm which bears his name and has been a lawyer for nearly 25 years concentrating in matters involving senior citizens such as Elder Law, Wills, Trusts and Estates, Living Wills & Advance Directives such as Health Care Proxies, Powers of Attorney, Guardianships, Contested Probate Matters and Tax Matters.
Mr. Reers is a member of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, New York State Bar Association, Elder Law Section, Nassau County Bar Association Mr. Reers is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor and former Prosecuting Attorney of the Village of Williston Park, New York.
